E家做煮婦真係冇難度,坊間有着各式各樣的調味醬料,真係腦殘都識煮餸!Le隻娘惹咖哩醬就係入廚好幫手 。雞翼,一個洋葱加幾粒蒜頭就係全部材料
爆香洋葱&蒜頭
之後煎香雞翼,其間加胡椒粉及灒酒
倒掉多餘油份
我用半罐咖哩醬炒香所有材料(Le罐嘢都幾辣架,自行決定落幾多啦)

之後加水,蓋上鑊蓋炆至雞翼全熟,我覺得Le罐咖哩醬夠咸亦夠辣,但可以落少少糖吊味
